We have an awfully straightforward refund policy on all our IPTV services.

Refund policy:

If you’re unhappy along with your purchase, otherwise you have a problem that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we are over happy to provide a 30 percent refund within 7 days of your purchase service.

We firmly believe and stand behind our product 100 percent, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everybody all of the time.

How to proceed a refund:

We cannot provide refunds because of technical issues unless you permit us to adequately try to assist you. If we are unable to resolve the problem for you, we’ll provide a refund. Please open contact us before requesting a refund for a technical issue.

Refunds may only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days no refunds are often processed.

A few conditions

We will refund thirty percent only purchases which have been done in less than 7-days. All other refund requests (if the purchase was made more than 7 days before the refund request) are going to be returned partially consistent with a used period of the subscription. Our support team will contact the user’s altogether refunded cases.

Our payment processors will lookout for refund requests. We’ll refund any users immediately after seeing the request and checking user information.

We will not be ready to make any refunds (or make a partial refund) if:

The customer didn’t satisfy/like the Channel line-up or performance. We propose every customer choose Test before buying Subscriptions.

The Customer is unable to set-up their own box at their own end. We’ll provide our support to set up their boxes, however, because we don’t realize the circumstances with the box, our support is limited to pre-defined steps for configurations.

If some channels are freezing or not working. Though most of our Servers are stable, sometimes channels do freeze or don’t work because of various reasons.

However, most of the times, these issues are temporary and caused by below reasons:

  • Customer internet fluctuations
  • The issue with the box
  • Your ISP has an issue.
  • Channel is down from server end
  • The customer changes his/her mind and wanted to withdraw/switch between servers.
  • Server update/restart from our end (weekly performance necessary).
